Shoe Not Delivered. It's been 20Days post ordering. Not viable service provider. Very Very Bad Service

"I placed an order (#6027) with Impakto, but despite assurances from their team, I have yet to receive my package. The promised tracking link was never generated, leaving me without any way to monitor the shipment. My request for an Open Box Delivery was denied without explanation, adding to concerns about transparency.

Customer support initially provided a response, but instead of resolving the issue, they requested verification from me rather than conducting their own investigation. Multiple COD orders, including mine, have been falsely marked as refused or subjected to questionable delivery attempts. This raises serious doubts about the reliability of Impakto and its logistics partners.

Until this matter is appropriately addressed, I cannot recommend this service. I urge Impakto to take immediate corrective action to prevent further customer dissatisfaction."

No proper customer support. I applied for a replacement, it has been 14 days now the period will close at 15 days, this is the irony.
And they want me to review it. How diabolical!!?

Shoes are absolutely good , only one advice you can add good insoles for better performance and comfort.

have been chasing them since long but no response. Pathetic services and product. Buy at your own risk or go for COD only.
