Shipping Policy – Impakto

At Impakto, we work hard to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Please read the following terms carefully, as they form part of our sales agreement with you.

Processing & Dispatch

  • All confirmed orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Deliveries typically take 7–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability.

  • During high-demand periods, festive seasons, or due to factors outside our control (such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays), delivery timelines may be extended.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes in India.

  • If your address falls outside our delivery network, our customer care team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

Risk of Loss & Damages

  • All orders are shipped using trusted logistic partners.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed over to the courier.

  • If a parcel is lost in transit due to courier error, we will assist in initiating a claim with the courier but are not liable for delays or losses beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are entered correctly while placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 62936 93196 (WhatsApp or call).

  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

  • For missing items, please notify us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
