Refund Policy

Refund & Exchange Policy — Impakto

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

  • How to Cancel: Contact our customer support team with your Order ID and a brief reason for cancellation.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 2–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Coupons & Discounts: If you used a coupon during purchase, the coupon value will not be refunded or reinstated once used.

2. Return Policy

We do not offer returns for refund. However:

  • If your shoe has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same model and size.

  • If your shoe size is too big or too small, we will offer an exchange for the correct size.

Conditions for Exchange/Replacement:

  • Request must be made within 2 days of delivery.

  • Shoes must be unused, with all original tags, labels, and box packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

 

3. Non-returnable Items

We will not accept exchanges or replacements for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Requests made after the 2-day window.

  • Products purchased as part of a final sale or clearance.

 


 


4. Process for Exchange or Replacement

  1. Contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery with your Order ID, reason for exchange/replacement, and clear product photos.

  2. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you for return shipping.

  3. After inspection, the exchange or replacement will be shipped within 3–7 business days.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, notify us within 2 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
