Its really good and comfortable .Its a best shoe
The product reached Mumbai on 27 Nov, 2024, 06:58, it is 6 Dec and I have still not received the product. The customer services non responsive I had called the helpline Number many times NO RESPONSE and NO CALLBACK. They had answered to my email that it will come to me in 24 hours on December 2 but it has crossed 84 hours and I have not got the product yet. There is no point in writing this review if i have not received my product. I had asked to cancel my shipment yesterday on 5 Dec still no response. Please cancel my delivery if you are not able to deliver it.

Yes! Remove the insoles, place the shoes in the bag provided, and pop them in a washing machine on the delicate cycle. Do not dry your shoes in the washer, bleach them, or soak them in water for an extended period of time. Always air-dry them.
Remove the insoles & laces and wipe off any excess dirt with a cloth or delicate towel. Remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole by using a small cloth dipped in water or mix it with a mild wool detergent.
All our shoes are true to size. You can order according to your exact measurements for maximum comfort. If you are in between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
